This kit is a super softbox continuous kit with 4 x 50w watt bulbs in each head. Each bulb is balanced daylight bulbs with 5400K colour temperature and the equivalent of a 200w household bulb.
Softboxes have four rods like a conventional softboxes, they have a switch on the back to allow half power and can be used with or without the softbox and have the added facility to take an umbrella.
