Off Centre Ballhead. The head will go in any position and locks with the twist of the knob. It has a seperate lock for the base which has degrees marked around it and is very useful for panoramic shots.
Will fit 3/8th thread and also has an adaptor to fit 1/4 thread.
Quick Release Plate, Bubble level, Seperate Lock for base.
