Choose the size 150cm. It has an inner diffuser that is removable to reduce hotspots and a removable outer diffuser.
It comes with either a Bowens s-type bayonet fit speedring or an Elinchrom fit, it will fit all major strobes and can be rotated through 360 degrees whilst shooting.
With this diffused soft light it will give soft shadows with even lighting over a large area.
